A few years ago, I used to buy Oxfam’s espresso roast from East Timor. Yes, I know if I were being super sustainable, I would support Australian growers, but frankly the Timorese have copped such a hiding over the years, I feel I’d like to support their coffee industry. I have finally sourced some espresso from Bercat Coffee & Tea, and am taste testing. If I like it, I’ll buy in bulk. The info below is mainly for my reference, but I’m guessing others may be interested, too.
